The need is urgent—and the moment is challenging.

📊 In Atlanta, most students are not reading on grade level by 3rd grade, putting them at risk for long-term academic struggles.

This year has also brought significant funding challenges for nonprofits, making community support more important than ever.

Everybody Wins Atlanta remains committed to helping students succeed through consistent, one-on-one literacy support—but we cannot do this work alone.

💙 Your support today helps ensure students continue to receive the literacy tools they need to thrive. https://givebutter.com/iCSW4T

📚 Our focus remains where it belongs: helping students succeed.

In Atlanta, fewer than 3 in 10 students are reading on grade level by the end of 3rd grade—a critical milestone that shapes a child’s entire academic future.

At the same time, nonprofits across our community are facing unprecedented funding challenges, even as the need for services continues to grow.

That’s where Everybody Wins Atlanta’s Power Lunch comes in.

Power Lunch helps students build the reading skills, confidence, and consistency they need during this pivotal moment—but we need your help now to continue serving our students in the year ahead.

When you invest in early literacy, you invest in lifelong opportunity.

Huge thanks to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta team for spending the morning with us at Scott Elementary! 📚✨ Their staff read aloud to 5th graders and helped every student take home a book to enjoy.

We’re so grateful for partners who share their time and voices to inspire a lifelong love of reading. 💛

We are thrilled to partner with The Junior League of Atlanta and other incredible organizations for the Literacy Walk on November 9th, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Path 400!

This fun-filled event supports JLA’s "Every Child Reads" initiative, perfectly aligning with our mission to foster a love of reading and help every child succeed through literacy.

We are also thankful for the JLA’s ongoing support, including their participation in events like our annual Halloween Reading Day, where they help bring stories to life for young readers across Atlanta.

✨ Event Highlights:

Dress as Your Favorite Book Character – We can’t wait to see everyone’s creativity on display!
Interactive Literacy Stations – Engage in reading activities, story creation, word games, and more.
Fulton County Library Bookmobile – Check out new books and sign up for a library card right on-site!

Join us and an amazing group of partners, including Alliance Theatre, Read with Malcolm - Share the Magic Foundation, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students (GEEARS), PAACT - Promise All Atlanta Children Thrive Early Education Ambassadors, and more, as we walk together to raise awareness and close the literacy gap in Atlanta.

👟 Come walk with us and make a difference! Together, we can ensure every child has the literacy skills they need to thrive.
