Today is the final day to apply for Mentorship Mixers, and later this month, the Middle Georgia Chapter will gather for its Kickoff Social on September 16. Looking ahead, the Middle Georgia GAWL Networking Breakfast is coming up on October 7, and the GAWL Civic Engagement Roundtable Discussion: Navigating Pregnancy & Postpartum is on October 8.

Last week, GAWL hosted Dobbs 2.0: The Aftermath, bringing together more than 50 attendees in person and virtually for a thoughtful discussion on the impact of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization in Georgia.

Our five panelists shared perspectives on the legal and medical changes they have seen in the four years since the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision, creating space for an informative and meaningful conversation.
