You wouldn’t try and run 24 hours a day if you were training for a a marathon, would you? Taking breaks in between studying helps you develop a healthy study routine and helps you retain more information in the long term, so don’t feel guilty about enjoying a little sunshine instead of being cramped up over your textbooks, vitamin D is absolutely important for a healthy brain!
