The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center at University of West Georgia's mission is to enhance the economic well-being of Georgians by providing a wide range of educational services for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. We provide assistance to 6 counties: Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Haralson, Heard and Polk. The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center is an extension of UGA’s Office of Public Service and Outreach. Small Business Administration.
