I recently noticed that PIGGYBACK RIDES of all things stop out to me this summer camp season.
Our children have had limited social interactions due to the pandemic and to see them feel so free and happy warmed my heart.
I also knew that piggyback rides were a way of connecting, trusting and creating lasting memories with trusted, caring adults.

👀Check out this article📝 that talks about how physical play helps with 😠🥺😐🙂emotional regulation.
Specifically it states that dads tend to be more physical in child play. While this isn’t news, what is mind blowing to me is the IMPACT. So dads, go out and play! Also, varying the type of play for your child helps too so mommy’s you got this too.
It can help them regulate behaviour when they grow older, University of Cambridge study finds.
