Save the date! The Cotillion of South Forsyth starts Sunday, March 1. We offer a dancing and manners program to 7th, 8th and 9th graders. We focus on traditional dances (waltz, fox trot) along with popular dances (s**g, swing, freestyle, line, slow). Our manners include making first impressions, handshakes, eye contact, common courtesies for girls and boys along with telephone/technology etiquette. Our 8th/9th grade program introduces Latin dances and manners that cover job interviews, dating and the ever popular Table Manners! New students are always welcome in 8th/9th grade. Registration is open! We look forward to meeting your child! For more information, please contact:

Save the date for The Cotillion of South Forsyth!!
This is not your grandmother’s cotillion! The Seventh Graders will learn basic ballroom dancing and popular dance (S**g, Swing, Free Style, Line and Slow), as well as many important social and professional skills the students will need to know now and throughout their lives. The Seventh Grade class will culminate in a Parents Showcase displaying the Program as parents observe all their child has learned.
For Eighth Graders/Ninth Graders, the classes will review the basics taught in year one, and the students will learn many new dances including Latin, Swing and Hustle. An extensive Table Manners segment will further develop your child’s social graces. Dating, interviews and making conversation will also be covered. The Eighth/Ninth Grade Program will culminate in a Dinner Dance that brings all of the students’ new skills into practice. New students are always welcome in the 8th/9th grade class.
You can expect your child to gain confidence in our classes, and learn professional and social etiquette. But most of all, your teen will have fun!
