Our early-bird deadline for ISBLI applications is approaching soon! Hear what our 2022 ISBLI Fellow Shamikh Sahadat had to say about the program:
"Since engaging my role as the Southeast Director for ICNA Relief, I have been looking for ways to strengthen my leadership skills. While I started ISBLI thinking I knew a lot about leadership, I quickly realized there are many new techniques and ideas to help me lead more effectively, especially in my region.
In each session I not only learned everyday skills but a life’s lesson. Half way through this journey of being an ISB leadership class member, I was hit with many difficulties within my personal life. The ISBLI sessions were a welcome respite from those challenges, and helped me in innumerable ways. ISBLI is an important program that enhanced my leadership skills and empowered me to help people and teams I manage and interact with to better themselves and become more effective."
