We are looking for volunteers to assist with the 5th Grade Awards Ceremony on 5/26 @ 6 pm!
Due to construction issues at Lakeside, admin has decided to relocate the ceremony to our own cafeteria, which will allow us to provide a more appropriate atmosphere for students and families.
Typically, our parents of Pre-K-4th grade assists with volunteering to help ensure that 5th grade parents are able to fully enjoy the program without logistical concerns.
We need support with:
serving the students at the end
passing out programs in the beginning
parking attendants

Just in....
We invite all Henderson Mill families and staff to join us this Wednesday at 3:00 PM in our cafeteria as DeKalb Board of Education Member Allyson Gevertz visits Henderson Mill to discuss SAP. Ms. Gevertz is a longtime advocate for DeKalb students and families, and this is a great opportunity to hear directly from a board member.
We hope you will plan to attend!
