Middle School in life skills and ethics. The goals of this program are to:

The Leadership Academy: Inroads to Success is a character education program which engages college student volunteers to mentor 70 students of Martin Luther King Jr. Increase positive pro-social behaviors in youth by cultivating leadership skills and core ethical values that will result in them being positive role models to their peers, school and community.
