⚠️ Restaurants in the City of Atlanta have something new to raise a glass to: happy hour promotions are now officially allowed inside city limits, with a few guardrails in place. While bottomless brunch is still off the menu, restaurants may now offer limited drink discounts of up to 50% off.

Operators should note that discounted drinks must still be entered into the POS system at full price, with the discount tracked separately for compliance and reporting purposes.

We are saddened by the passing of Ted Turner, a visionary leader whose vision and leadership left an incredible mark on Georgia, the hospitality industry, and communities around the world.

In 2011, the GRA honored Mr. Turner with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the GRACE Awards for his contributions to Georgia’s restaurant industry and business community. Through Ted's Montana Grill and his many accomplishments, he helped elevate Georgia’s culture, hospitality, and entrepreneurial spirit on a global stage.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all those touched by his extraordinary legacy 💙
