Tumeric! Easy to grow, and this came from a piece left in the ground from what I harvested last year. I'll be making lentil soup today and adding fresh, grated tumeric, yeah πŸ˜πŸ˜‹

B BUCKETS – B GOOD TO POLLINATORS 06/29/2025

Everybody! Please do this instead of poisoning our environment. Here's a local, woman-owned business to support. I have a bucket and have noticed a dramatic reduction in mosquitos in my yard. I mean, YIKES! dramatic.

B BUCKETS – B GOOD TO POLLINATORS Let us introduce you to mosquito buckets, an easy and effective method of mosquito control! Safe for pollinators and other wildlife, they use a naturally-occurring bacterium (Bti) to eliminate mosquito larvae before they become biting adults. We want to make buckets for you β€” or show you how.

Where can you hear songs that have lyrics like "Our p**p is hailed as garden gold" (The Worm Squirm), "Next up are the heat loving microorganisms" (The Rot Thing to Do), or "What does organic mean?" (Keep it Clean)???

Today, at the Pollinator Festival in downtown Decatur, GA! Thank you, Beecatur!

Tatsoi and pak choi are easy to grow, nutritious & delicious. You can eat the stems And leaves..

The easiest way to prepare is to steam them. When I'm feeling fancy, I like to sautee them in ghee with garlic and fresh ginger.
