Settles Bridge Elementary

Our stars continue to shine bright in extra curricular math competitions. Congrats to these students for placing in the top 20 in the state, or top 20 in the national rankings for the international competition, Math Kangaroo. Over 6 million students worldwide take this test on the same day. We are so proud of these Stars!

Our Stars are still shining bright as we are starting to get close to the end of the school year. We had four students compete at the state level Math League contest on May 9th. These students qualified based on their scores throughout our competition team season. We will have two students advancing to Nationals in June at Texas A&M. Help us in congratulating these stars and their coach, Mrs. Michelle Doniphan! 🌠

One of the best traditions is to see the upcoming graduates walk the halls one last time before their next big adventure. They were able to reconnect with teachers, look at pictures from their younger years, swing on the playground and play a little dodge ball! Congrats, Class of 2026!

One final reminder that coming up this Tuesday, May 5th starting at 8am is our annual Little Stars Breakfast. This is for rising kindergarteners and their families to get a sneak peek at The Bridge and all of the exciting learning opportunities they have to look forward to starting in August! If you have a brand new kindergartener starting at SBE in the fall, please join us for our annual "Little Stars Breakfast" to be held on Tuesday, May 5th @ 8am in the SBE Cafe. You and your child will have a chance to tour the school, chat with our administrators and staff, and help prepare for a successful lift off come August! See you then! 🌠👩‍🚀
