Today, we have been informed of two cases of self immolation. One which took place in Nepal on Feb. 13 and the second incident took place inside Tibet on Feb. 3rd but the immolation was just confirmed on Feb. 13 due to the extent of crackdown in Tibet by the Chinese government.
