Shop LC, a leading national home shopping network, is seeking a dynamic, high-energy on-air host with strong sales skills, a big personality, and deep knowledge of gemstones to join our team. In this role, you'll engage viewers in an exciting live reverse auction format.

We’re Looking For:
• Proven track record in sales performance with strong closing skills
• Extensive gemstone knowledge and a passion for fine jewelry
• Charismatic, engaging, and confident on camera with the ability to connect authentically with a live audience
• Experience in live television, home shopping, or high-volume sales environments
• Comfortable in a fast-paced studio with multiple live hits per day
• Open to relocating to Austin, TX, once consistent shifts are established

Key Skill:
Much of Shop LC’s success comes from our ability to respond to our shoppers in real time. The ideal host can quickly pivot, adjusting the pace, shifting products, or staying longer on hot items, based on live customer feedback and audience engagement. This agility is essential for success in our format.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated on-air hosting experience (video samples required)
• Strong sales metrics from previous roles
• Ability to adapt quickly and pivot during live broadcasts
• Exceptional communication skills and on-camera presence
• Trial period on-site required before full-time offer (travel assistance included)
• Must be willing to work overnight shifts to start
• Must be a team player and flexible with schedule

Compensation, Benefits & Scheduling:
We offer highly competitive compensation tailored to your experience, expertise, and performance. New hires will begin with a limited number of shifts to ensure smooth onboarding and growth. With ongoing success and consistent sales performance, you’ll earn additional shifts, premium time slots, and eligibility for full benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, unique perks, and relocation assistance as applicable.
