Sweet Georgia Pam is a highly sensitive spiritual director and dream coach.
It has a name!!!!
The five step framework I’ve been teaching for years to help people uncover deep personal insight from their dreams is now called ETHOS.
And honestly my favorite part is that the name came from INSIDE the community itself, from people actually sitting in the room, practicing this method together live.
That feels really meaningful to me.
I’m so grateful for the Moonlighters and friends inside Pam’s Place who let me teach, experiment, ramble, inspire, inquire, and honestly just be my full weird dreamy spiritual self. 😂
ETHOS was born there.

1- Let the relief settle in. Sit up. Breathe. Observe your heartbeat slowing down.
2- Bring the dream to mind while sitting or even standing (keeps you from falling asleep back into the dream)
3- Using your imagination, change the dream in anyway that feels good.
4- Imagine putting a frame around the dream. What color do you want the frame to be? This is borrowed from the HMR technique. Let the color occur naturally to you in the moment.
5- Hang it somewhere on the wall in your mind for accessing and understanding later.
I guess step 6 would be to then go peacefully back to sleep! 😴 🫶
Moving beyond simple dream interpretation and into true dreamwork is what Pam’s Place is for.
Don’t just notice a dream like a passing moment. Get into relationship with the part of you generating the dreams. Relationships take repetition. Join other committed dreamers and let’s do good dreamwork together!
To use dreamwork as your practice for inner transformation I recommend
- start (or double down on) the habit of recording your dreams
- Reflect on how your dreams might be delivering life lessons (like personal parables) meant just for you
- Join Pam’s Place (free dreamer community in bio) and say Hi to start a chat with me
- Set an intention at night to get an answer to one pressing question or issue you need help with. And then (this is important) write down the next dream you remember. See how that dream might be reflecting the answer back to you symbolically
