I offer leadership coaching to women leaders looking to move up in their career. I specialize in helping these women build their confidence, find their voice as a leader and make sure their work gets noticed so that they can make a bigger impact in their organization. I love working with women who have a passion for leadership and are looking for support in reaching the next level. As a woman who

has worked in the corporate world for several years, I understand the unique challenges women face when looking to move up in their organization and I help my clients overcome those challenges. Women have unique talents to offer in the workplace and I believe that when women are able to find their authentic leadership style and lead from a place of purpose and intention, it allows them to be their best selves and be more present and engaged at work and at home. The more we improve ourselves, the more we can help grow and impact others. "If you want to give a light to others, you have to glow yourself." - Thomas S. Monson

If you are looking to up your game, build your confidence, find your leadership style, get your work noticed and take that next step in your career, I am the coach for you.

Nobody warns you that getting the title is where the real learning begins. Being good at the work and leading the people doing it are two completely different skills, and most new managers learn that the slow, bruising way. You don’t have to.

So here’s what I’d tell you first:

1️⃣ Your title doesn’t make you a leader. People follow how you show up, not what your badge says.

2️⃣ You’ll mess up, and it won’t end your career. How you own it matters more than the mistake itself.

3️⃣ Long after people forget what you said, they’ll remember how you made them feel. Lead with that every day.

Fourteen years in, these three still hold up.

Which one do you wish someone had told you first? 👇

Somewhere along the way, a lot of leaders started believing that doing more themselves made them better at the job.
It doesn’t.

If everything runs through you, you haven’t built a team. You’ve built a bottleneck with your name on it.

The strongest leaders aren’t the ones carrying the most. They’re the ones who built people who can carry it with them.

That’s not stepping back from leadership. That’s the whole point of it.

What’s one thing you could hand off this week and actually let go of? 👇

Leaders love asking me for book recommendations. So here are three I come back to: No bad parts, set boundaries find peace, and playing big.

Each one chips away at the same thing: the self-doubt, the over-functioning, the boundary you keep meaning to set. The inner patterns that quietly shape how you show up for everyone else. But books can only take the work so far. At some point you need someone reflecting it back to you.

If you're ready for that part, DM us to book a consultation 📩

Nobody pulls you aside before your first team and tells you what the job actually is.

You get the title, and then you find out that being good at the work and leading the people doing it are two completely different skills. I figured mine out slowly, mostly by getting it wrong first.

Years later I coach new leaders for a living. And they're all quietly wrestling with the same three things I did.

A lot of people think leadership is just personality. You either have it or you don't.
It's not. Leadership is a set of patterns. How you respond under pressure. How you set expectations. How you make someone feel in a hard conversation. All of it can be measured, and anything that can be measured can be improved.

That's the part most people are never told. You're not stuck with the leader you are today. What's one leadership pattern you're actively working to change? 👇

If you've ever wondered why you're the one carrying every deadline, it's probably not because your team doesn't care. It's because accountability quietly turned into you checking, reminding, and following up on everything.

That's a heavy way to lead, and it isn't actually accountability.
..There's a lighter version, and it starts with one honest conversation.

Be honest though: are you more of a hoverer, or a back-off-and-hope-it-gets-done leader? 👇

Most teams don't need more motivation. They need more clarity.

When work keeps coming back wrong or people wait on you for every small decision, it's easy to read it as effort. Usually it isn't.

🔄 Swipe left for 5 signs it's a clarity gap — and SAVE this for your next 1:1.

Most people spend more time planning their next role than preparing for it.

They know they want the promotion, more responsibility, and a bigger seat at the table. What they don't always know is what needs to change in their leadership to get there.

The truth is, leadership isn't something you arrive at when the title changes. It's something you build beforehand.

The leaders who grow the fastest aren't waiting to be told what to work on. They're paying attention to how they communicate, how they show up under pressure, and the habits that could either help or hinder their growth.

Because experience alone doesn't make someone a great leader. Reflection does.

You don’t need another leadership book or another podcast. Probably not even another certification.

Most first-time leaders already know more than they think they do.

What’s often missing isn’t information. It’s confidence in your own judgement. It’s learning how to make decisions without second-guessing yourself, navigate tough conversations without replaying them all weekend, and lead without feeling like everything rests on your shoulders. Because leadership shouldn’t feel this heavy.

If you're a high-performing leader who looks confident on the outside but still wonders if you're doing it right behind the scenes, you're in the right place.
