Sensitive groups of people are more vulnerable to wildfire smoke, and this includes people with heart or lung disease, older adults, children and teenagers, minority populations, and outdoor workers.

If the Air Quality Index (AQI) is above 100 (Code Orange), sensitive groups should consider the following steps to reduce their exposure to wildfire smoke pollution.

Make outdoor activities shorter and less intense. It’s OK to be active outdoors when the AQI is Code Orange, but take more breaks. Watch for symptoms such as coughing or shortness of breath and contact a health care provider if concerned.

People with asthma: Follow your asthma action plan and keep quick relief medicine handy if the AQI is above 100 (Code Orange).

People with heart disease: If the AQI is above 100 (Code Orange), watch for symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, or unusual fatigue may indicate a serious problem. If you have any of these, contact your health care provider.

Del Lunes 23 de Enero - hasta - el Miercoles 3 de Mayo. El horario es de 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Ofrecemos cuidado de niños. Las clases son gratis. El alumno es unicamente responsible por el costo del libro del estudIante que va estar estudiando junto al professor. Cualquier informacion por favor comunicarse con el Rev.
