Fundamentals Goalkeeping Academy curriculum is divided into 2 series of sessions.
The 100-series are instruction based sessions focused on technique. In these sessions, a player will learn how things are done. Although they are not prerequisites, it is highly recommended that a player attend the 100-series sessions first, in order to familiarize him/herself with the proper technique. Players should repeat these sessions once in a while, on an as needed basis, in order to refresh their knowledge of technique.
The 200-series are training based sessions where a player will practice what he/she has learned in the 100-series sessions and also learn about tactics (when/where things are done). Players should attend these sessions as needed on an ongoing basis in order to build confidence and maintain proficiency.
