Freshmen at FVSU came back for a tune up session. We worked on fixing the movement on her screwball to become more efficient with breaking in the zone. Miss working with you! Good luck this season

Hi everyone! I have FINALLY created a page! This page is for an interest in any softball lessons. I specialized in pitching/hitting for ages K-8.

Here is the first stage of developing a dropball! We are working on the foundations of the wrist and snapping those fingers downward.

This past week these pitchers finished their speeds programs (8 week program) with strength and conditioning ( ) ! Take a look at their improvements! I am so proud of them ‼️ .

Then ➡️ Now ! Look at the difference in her legs, and her top half. We are super proud of the progressions! Let’s keep it up 👍🏾

Progress report!! There are a ton of improvements already! We are keeping our glove better in the power line, driving our knee more forward with front side resistance, and a strong follow through!
