Improv is an excellent way to exercise your listening skills!

In improv we celebrate mistakes because often times that's where the magic lies. Having a team around you that can make your failure into something even greater than you imagined is a phenomenal feat.

In this particular photo, one of our facilitators thought they were recording our Founder (Kristy Oliver) but they actually took a photo. A photo of Kristy signing "I love you" to the corporate group she was leading. It's not what was intended but it did capture a memorable moment that was likely better than the original plan.

We had an excellent time facilitating a corporate event last week in Greenville, SC! Can you tell what themes we customized their programming around!?!? 🤣

Screw-ups or mistakes are opportunities to learn. In improv, we celebrate failure because with failure we grow. If you drop the ball over the coming week, ask yourself these questions: What knowledge did you gain from failing? Did you lean on your team for support? What will you do differently next time you’re in a similar situation?
