Two weeks ago, our Panthers crossed the stage and now they’re taking that momentum forward!

This summer, GSU is bringing the FIFA World Cup 26™ to campus with FREE public watch parties, live events and interactive experiences as part of Summer of Soccer.

Meet Kai Chisholm, a recent graduate of Georgia State’s School of Film, Media and Theatre, who earned a bachelor’s degree in Theatre with a concentration in Acting.

Kai is set to move to Connecticut to become more involved in the theatre scene in the Northeast, and has applied to the summer apprenticeship program at Sharon Playhouse in Sharon, Conn.

Her time at Georgia State transformed her perspective on the value of connection, teaching her how to build meaningful relationships with classmates and industry professionals alike.

Meet Qianyin Xia, who just earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

This fall, Qianyin will join Fudan University in Shanghai as an assistant professor, continuing his research on how data and human connections influence decision-making.

At Georgia State, he built interdisciplinary expertise and found the mentorship that helped shape his path forward.

Meet Flynn Allen from the College of the Arts 🎭

After graduating with an artist certificate in Vocal Performance, they'll continuing their work in print production and voice instruction while gearing up for professional opera auditions this fall.

At Georgia State, Flynn built the skills — and the confidence— to grow as a performer and educator.

Meet Tiana Watkins, a Master’s of Marketing graduate from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

After graduation, Tiana plans to continue her entrepreneurial journey at her family’s winery, using the skills she gained at Georgia State to help build a lasting legacy.

During her time at GSU, she stepped outside her comfort zone, built valuable skills, and made meaningful connections that will support her brand and future growth.

Meet Rae Baker, a master’s graduate in Orchestral Performance (Cello) in the College of the Arts.

Rae plans to stay in Atlanta to teach, perform and share her original music.
