Heading to the Student Recreation Center this summer? ☀️
Here are some essentials you can bring with you on your next visit!
Whether you’re working out, relaxing by the pool, playing basketball, joining a group fitness class, or just spending time with friends, the Rec is here all summer long 💙
What’s one thing you always keep in your gym bag?

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is take a break.
College life can get overwhelming fast. Between classes, work, studying, and everything happening outside of school, it’s easy to ignore the signs that your mind and body need time to reset.
Rest is important too.
Whether that means getting a workout in, sitting outside for a few minutes, swimming, playing games with friends, or simply stepping away from your screen for a while, taking care of yourself matters.
The Student Recreation Center is here for more than just fitness — it’s a space to recharge, move, connect, and take a breath this summer 💙
Save this for later or send it to a friend who might need a reminder to slow down.
