Fraternity and Sorority Life at Georgia State University The Greek community at Georgia State has a long, rich tradition of forstering student involvement.
Since 1954, students have chosen to become members of fraternities and sororities because of the opportunities and experiences these organizations provide. Greek-letter organizations were founded on the ideals of scholarship, community service, leadership and life-long friendship.
