👵👴 Grandparents Lunch is Almost Here! 👵👴

We can't wait to welcome our amazing grandparents and special guests to school!

Please review the attached graphics carefully for important details:

🕒 Check the Schedule: Class dates and times vary! Please check your student’s grade level and teacher listed in the graphics to confirm their exact date (Thursday, 9/10 or Friday, 9/11) and specific lunch time.

💵 Lunch Cost: Guest lunches are $7 each.

💳 Payment Methods: We will accept cash or card at the door (exact change is greatly appreciated).

Please note that ID will be required and attendees MUST either be on the student's Emergency Contact list OR be WITH someone that is on the Emergency Contact list. Registering parent may add people to Emergency Contact list via ParentVUE.

Join us for a fantastic and convenient evening at Harbins Elementary! We have everything planned for your family’s ease and enjoyment. Mark your calendars for August 20th and come meet the teachers, discover this year's curriculum, and enjoy some tasty food.

Here’s the plan:

Two Sessions: Choose the time that works best for you! Session 1 is from 4:45 - 5:30, followed by a brief break, and then Session 2 runs from 6:00 - 6:45.

Dinner is Served: No need to stress about cooking! Grab dinner before Session 2 or pick it up on your way out after Session 1. We’ll have classic options like Chick-Fil-A Dinner Boxes and pizza available for purchase.

Special Bonus: The Book Fair will be open until 7:30 PM, so make sure to stop by and explore.

It's a perfect opportunity to get involved and make your life just a little bit easier for the evening. We can't wait to see you there!
