It is with heartfelt gratitude that I post my appreciation to all that contributed to this generous cause. In collaboration with Rccg, Rccg Redemption House Guyana and my foundation, Educating All Girls through Literacy Education, we were able to distribute 100 hampers to the less fortunate on the streets of Georgetown, Guyana, on Christmas day. I'm overwhelmed and encouraged by the willingness of people to give towards a great cause: Novella Noble Shihan Jackie Everett Hughes Carroll Cole Dawn Dover Howard Knights Amanda Malika Williams Edward Chester Abby Yolanda Michael Castillo Albert Frank Robert Rasta Robert Neil Knights Omande Marks Tricia Sealey Pearl Burnett Iris Clarke are among the many contributors. Special gratitude also goes out to Pastor Oluwatimilehin Akinde and Ulanie Akinde and congregation for their service on the ground. I appreciation your dedication to God's work. Let's aim for 500 hampers next year.

It's been a while. THE EAGLE foundation is alive and well. This year I intend to partner with Redemption House in Guyana to assist with their outreach ministry. Please join me in this effort.

Congratulations to all the students who took the Common Entrance examination. For those who performed extremely well, kudos to you. For all others, congratulations on your achievements. Continue to work hard and study daily so that you may achieve your goals.

A call for novels.
A book can change the trajectory of a child's life forever. Through books, I've traveled the world. I've experienced drought in the Saharan desert, explored the pyramids of Egypt, danced with elephants in India, ridden the rickshaw in China, skied in the Swiss alps, bathed in the blue waters of Jamaica. Books open doors. Join me in this quest to ship novels to Guyana.

Calling all Barticans! Below is a direct quote from Gregory Holder.
You know how strongly I feel about education and literacy. It is very possible that I may be able to get books but it still needs funds for postage and handling. Will you help?

Only in Brooklyn. Last night I came across this roadside stand: chicken foot souce, cow face souce, pineapple something and mango something. Didn't catch what the something was and didn't ask lest I was viewed as being big shot or playin foreign.
