Our mission is to promote the culture, community and vitality of the school by creating events, fundraisers, and staff support opportunities at our school. We aim to financially support the school find ways that are aiding instruction, improving the school environment, and building community. Winnona Park is located in Decatur, GA, and houses approximately 435 students, grades K-3rd.

🌿 THANK YOU to all of our garden helpers! 🌿
The Spring '26 PTA community gardening day was a big success thanks to all of our wonderful student and parent volunteers! We were able to: fill the trailer planters with new flowers, top dress the new garden beds for spring planting, install the trellis, move LOTS of mulch, and pull sooooo many weeds! Ms. Woodley is ready to start planting with the kiddos 💚

🏃♀️ iRUN + Tour Decatur = Let’s Go, WP! 🏃♂️
All Winnona Park students have been participating in iRUN during PE, building endurance and confidence along the way. Now our community is invited to take the next step by supporting the Decatur Education Foundation’s Tour Decatur on Saturday, March 14.
Choose the 1-mile fun run or the 5K. Registration fees support City Schools of Decatur teachers and students through the Decatur Education Foundation.
