The noun we use to describe the spirit of "never quitting." Others have said, "when the going gets tough, the tough get going." Rewarding people of action regardless of adversity. For us,

it's about the attitude and the effort. Character
Rewarding young students that show exceptional character is at the heart of our organization. These students are our future. Our society will rest on them. Teach them that good character is worth rewarding now and they'll pass it on to the next generation
