God show me how freaking good it gets.
My daily prayer.
I wasn’t always like this. I used to wake up thinking it was going to be a s**tty day, that I was going to die alone and I was doomed. Literally those were my top three beliefs.
Then I learned and EMBODIED:
Your thoughts become beliefs your beliefs determine your actions/inactions and your actions/inactions create your reality.
This is a fact. No way around it.
⚡️If you believe you are never going to meet someone, guess what? You probably won’t.
⚡️If you believe you will always be in debt, you probably will.
⚡️If you believe that you’ll never find a job/career that you love, you probably won’t.
⚡️If you believe no one wants to buy what you are selling, no one will buy, sister! They can feel you!
AND
🚀If you believe that love is just around the corner, he will appear in the most magical way.
🚀If you believe that money loves you and there is infinite amounts of it and ways to bring more in, cha ching!
🚀If you believe that you are on the path to discovering your true purpose in this world, you will find your path in the most miraculous of ways.

When it comes to love, business and your dream, you always have a choice–you can expand or contract.
Of course it’s easier to close. You can’t get hurt.
Of course it’s easier to stay where you are. You can’t fail.
Of course it’s easier to not start. You can’t lose.
But nothing changes if nothing changes, babe.
The universe is ready to roll out the red carpet for you. 🔮🚀
You only need 2 key pieces of information:
👉You gotta stay open. Open to him, open to the idea, open to the expansion, open to the vision.
👉And you gotta show up.

The push vs the pull.
A client recently asked me “how do I tell the difference between my ego/fear and my intuition?”
Two words: push vs pull.
We are all equipped with intuition. It’s our birthright to access this divine knowledge. However, our ego, saboteur (little voice in your head that tells you you can’t do it/you aren’t good enough) and our wounded inner child are often screaming for attention. We can’t hear the intuition and we often confuse the two.
So I like to think of ego/inner child/saboteur as a PUSH. You can almost feel it pushing you don’t and back. The voice is usually urgent, panicked, frenetic. It’s trying to keep you safe.
My intuition is a pull. I feel the pull in my heart. I can actually feel a pulling FORWARD and UP. The voice is grounded, confident, all knowing, more of a whisper.
Practice differentiating between the two. Notice when your ego/inner child/saboteur gets activated AND notice when you are able to access your intuition most easily.
So when it comes to your dreams, you take the leap to start your business, notice which voice is calling the shots. Is it the saboteur (PUSH) or is it the grounded higher self (PULL.)
This takes practice, but with time, learning to differentiate and follow the pull more often than not, has the capacity to completely change your world and business.

Most people move through life drifting.
Or settling.
Or seething with envy for what they don’t have because they aren’t willing to take the risk to create it like you are.
Waiting for “it” to come. The money, the success, the love, the recognition, the business, the purpose, the Chanel purse, the Cartier love band. 😉
But that’s not you.
You are destined for greatness.
You aren’t one of the normal ones who can clock in, clock out. Spend hours glazed over on Zoom or shooting the s**t at the coffee machine. You can’t just go through the motions. Work–eat–sleep–repeat is just not the life for you. You refuse to settle for ordinary love. You will never settle for an ordinary life. You just won’t.
Here’s the secret. The only difference between us and them, is that we will walk into fire after fire, we will take leap after leap, we will make investment after investment to get there faster and with more ease, we will keep rearranging the puzzle until we are fully living in the vision. Smack dab in the middle of it.
Ahhh it feels so freaking good!!! Can you feeling it?
You love spending time at your beach house, waves cleansing as you sleep, living with the limitless travel fund, with week long stays at the Four Seasons with the love who would do absolutely anything to make you smile and feel safe. You won’t stop fighting for the vision where are in truly in charge of our own time and get to take a month off because we aren’t machines. The vision where you get to pay for your family to go on a gorgeous vacation and not think twice about the cost. The vision where you are not only making an impact in your own life, but you have created an entire movement with your vision. A movement that inspires every single person in your family and community to be better, dream bigger and live true to their own vision.
We will never settle for less than greatness, because it’s our destiny.

Every step forward is sacred. Every step forward is a reclamation. Celebrate every single one.
Every Friday I ask my clients to celebrate something about themselves.
Why?
Because you can’t expand without celebration anchored in gratitude.
You must have one foot planted in celebration while the other foot steps towards expansion.
🔮 It’s a cosmic code. 🔮
Transformation starts from the inside out. You create the dream through rewiring your thoughts to be in service of YOU versus destruction of YOU.
The first step is celebration of where you are, gratitude for what you have, and clear desire for where you are headed.
It’s the surest way forward I know.

The evolution of a woman.
I moved to New York City when I was 18 in hopes of being an actress. I didn’t get into NYU’s acting program so I studied production and directing. What I really wanted was to be a star on stage.
After college, I fell into an amazing start up that I helped build from the ground up. We didn’t even have a phone line or website on my first day.
I dedicated my life to that job and I loved it. But there was always an ache. A burning dream inside. The longer I waited, the voice got louder but the flame grew duller and farther out of reach. So did my life force. You can see it in my eyes.
I rose to the top and loved being a leader for an almost all female team.
But all it took was one coaching session to reignite my flame. The vision became so crystal clear I couldn’t not leap. I broke my lease on my dream apartment in NYC, put everything in storage and set off to figure out who I was and what I really wanted.
It’s been six years since I boarded that one way flight to South Korea that was the beginning of a two year 20+ country world tour.
Since then I have leapt more times that I can count. Starting a consulting business, a coaching business, a travel planning business. Joined the founding team of another education start up. I’ve fallen in love. Moved to Mexico, moved to Austin, moved back to Mexico. Frozen my eggs, struggled with depression and anxiety, healed myself from chronic illness not once but twice. Every day, month, year is the adventure of a lifetime.
None of it has felt linear. In fact, it has felt messy as hell.
And you know what? I’d take this path any day of the week. If weren’t for that coaching session, I would still be in my 10th Avenue office dreaming of what life could be like if I had the balls to take the leap, leave my salary and health insurance and strike out on my own.
Over to you, sister.

Perhaps the greatest thing I can teach women is the power of knowing how to hold yourself through anything.
This doesn’t mean you don’t get to fall apart (you do!)
This doesn’t mean you have to be the strong one (you don’t!)
This means that you know, deep in the marrow of your bones, that no matter what–you’ve got you.
Ask any of my clients what they came away with after working with me and they’ll tell you some form of “I’ve got me now.”
And it sounds a little ambiguous–like wtf does that mean–and all I can say is it’s an inner embodied transformation. It’s fundamentally changing the way you move through the world.
It’s clarity on your vision plus a loaded toolbox of practices to stay in the highest vibration so you become a magnet for what you desire.
So it’s no longer about the guy, the job, the bank account–its about YOU know how to bring the things you are desiring into a daily practice and then be so anchored and grounded that you go out in the world and create it.
When he doesn’t text, you no longer get spun out for a week. When the scale goes up a few pounds, you don’t see yourself any different. When the job offer doesn’t come through, it’s onto something better.
✨Because when you’ve got you, you’ve got it all.✨

Can you choose higher?
We all have patterns. Like old friends they call us up. And in the moment of temptation, we have a choice– do we choose higher or do we go back to old way.
This plays out hundreds of times a day.
✨Do you numb scroll first thing or get up and go for a walk or meditate?
✨Do you text the guy who has clearly shown he isn’t available or deserving of you or do you take yourself on a date instead?
✨Do you put off sending the email or signing up for the program or do you take the leap and bet on yourself?
✨Do you close down when a friend or family member hurts your feelings or do you share from a place of love what’s on your heart?
✨Do you stay in a job that is sucking your soul and life force or do you take the steps to create a plan up and out?
Micro moments of choosing higher are what create transformation.
To choose higher, we must connect to our higher self. What would she do? This is one of the fundamental practices in module 1 of my 1:1 program, TrueYou. When you are in communion with your higher self on a spiritual, physical and emotional level, boundaries, choices, decisions all become wayyy easier!
