👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼The 2nd yoga festival for is officially in the books!
💫Yesterday was such a powerful, transformative experience. I had the privilege of sharing my inversion yoga practice with an incredible group of yogis in Rome, GA at .
✨There’s something truly special about guiding my students as they discover how strong and capable they are—especially when it comes to something as daunting as standing on your head or hands. The sense of community, support, and encouragement in the room makes everything I do feel so worth it. All the time spent teaching, learning, and connecting with others through yoga… it’s truly a gift.
💫As children, we’re fearless, believing we can conquer anything. Over time, that boldness can fade, and we start to lose touch with that inner sense of possibility. Teaching my adult students to reconnect with that spark—helping them realize they’re capable of so much more than they think—is why I’m so passionate about what I do. The joy and pride on their faces when they do the “impossible” fills my heart in ways words can’t express.
