I used to think losing weight meant I had to suffer to see results. โฃ

So I kept doing the mostโ€ฆ ๐Ÿซขโฃ
lowering my calories too much, forcing workouts I hated, trying to be perfect all week longโ€ฆ โฃ

And every time I messed up, Iโ€™d convince myself I ruined everything and had to โ€œstart over Monday.โ€ โฃ

Whenever I have low energy but know I need to move my body, walking at home is always my go-to ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝโฃ

I can be in the most unmotivated mood, and within 5 minutes of walking, my whole mood starts to shift. โšก๏ธโฃ

๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€: โฃ
Ground turkey (6oz)โ€ข Mexican shredded cheese (1/4 cup) โ€ข high fiber tortilla โ€ข refried beans (50g)โ€ข Spanish rice (1/2 cup)โ€ข ranch dressingโฃ (just a drizzle sis! ๐Ÿ‘€)

๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ:โฃ
1. Brown ground turkey.โฃ
2. Add taco seasoningโฃ
3. Add a HIGH FIBER/low carb tortilla to skilletโฃ
4. To one side of the tortilla, add half of the Mexican shredded cheeseโฃ
5. Add ground turkey.โฃ
6. DRIZZLE a little ranch dressing โ€ข โฃ
7. Top with remaining cheeseโฃ
8. Fold bare side of tortilla over the meat and cheese to create quesadilla.โฃ
9. Cut quesadilla in thirds and enjoy.โฃ
