I was truly honored to serve as the keynote speaker for our Mother’s Day Breakfast at EaglesNest. This sold-out event welcomed 252 incredible women—each one walking in with an open heart and ready to receive the message “Purple Reign: When Queens Rise in God’s Strength.”

What a morning! 💜
It was inspirational, empowering, and a powerful reminder to every woman that she is a daughter of the King—chosen, crowned in purpose, and created to reign with grace, strength, and royal identity.

The Power of Stillness

When you are present—not chasing what’s next—clarity comes.

Presence sharpens your focus.

Focus opens your spirit to God’s voice.

God’s voice imparts wisdom.

And wisdom develops agility with resilience for every season.

As we prepare for our 2026 leadership journey, I’m reminded that true growth begins with one powerful virtue: humility.

I’ve been reading Boyd Bailey’s Learning to Lead Like Jesus, and it has stirred something fresh in me. Jesus remains the greatest model of leadership—full of wisdom, compassion, strength, and servant-hearted humility. These seven principles from Chapter One are challenging, stretching, and necessary for any leader who truly wants to make an impact this coming year:

1. Respect others by planning ahead and truly listening.
2. Seek God’s wisdom to discern what’s right.
3. Celebrate the victories of others and draw inspiration from them.
4. Use your words to build up, never tear down.
5. Embrace brokenness as a pathway to deeper intimacy with God.
6. Choose what’s best for “us,” not just what benefits “me.”
7. Give credit generously to your team and those around you.

As leaders, we set the tone. When we walk in humility, we create space for collaboration, growth, joy, and God’s guidance.

My prayer is that 2026 becomes a year where we lead with grace, elevate others, and reflect the heart of Jesus in all we do. Let’s grow together.

Tonight, my husband and I completed Bible study and finalized our 2026 vision board. We declared a single guiding word that will anchor our choices—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, financially, and physically. We were inspired by Jon Gordon, Dan Britton and Jimmy Page book called, ‘One Word’

Family and friends, don’t step into a new year without direction. When you fail to plan, you limit what God wants to do through you. Seek Him. Get clear. Be intentional. Then take action.

Your future is waiting—go claim it. See you in 2026!

As we enter this joyful season, I want to pause and say…
