8th grade students created a Georgia cookbook as their final project with recipes from each region of Georgia. They included research on the impact of those GA ingredients on our economy. They then chose one recipe from their cookbook to bring in with the class!

🚨 Attention parents: Our nurse’s office is not looking to start a summer pharmacy 😅

Please remember to pick up any student medications before the last day of school. Any medications left behind will need to be disposed of according to district guidelines.

The Cherokee Jr Warriors are hosting FREE Summer Lacrosse Clinics for boys and girls entering 2nd–8th grade! Join us for 3 nights of skills, teamwork, and fun on the field this summer.

📅 Dates: June 24, July 8, & July 15
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

While the clinics are free, donations of old sneakers are appreciated to support the program fundraiser! 👟

The 7th graders at FMS showed up ready to compete at Field Day today! 🏅🔥

Students gave it their all in an exciting lineup of events including volleyball, relay races, hurdles, tug of war, hula hoop games, musical water chairs, and more. The field was packed with school spirit, teamwork, and plenty of friendly competition all day long!

When the dust settled, the Social Studies West Wing team came out on top and earned bragging rights for the win! 🎉👏 Great job to all of our students for making Field Day such a fun and memorable event!

Cherokee Junior Warriors Girls Flag Football tryouts are coming up May 18-19 from 6:00–8:00 PM at Teasley Middle School in Canton! Open to girls in grades 6th–8th, this is your chance to join a competitive team, build your skills, and be part of an exciting season featuring 10 games plus playoffs.

Our 6th graders at Freedom Middle School brought the energy to Field Day today! ☀️🏆

The competition was fierce as students battled it out in nonstop fun with tug of war, hula hoop challenges, musical water chairs, and so many more exciting games! The teamwork, school spirit, and laughter made for an unforgettable day on the field.

After an action-packed showdown, the Social Studies Liberty Bells rang in the victory and claimed the championship title! 🔔🎉 Congratulations to all of our students for making today such a success!
