Do you know how important it is to take a pause?
If you’re so used to going going going at some point you’re going to break down. A huge piece of being successful is knowing the healthy balance of taking a break, resting, mental detoxing, and pausing.

I’ve personally been experiencing this. Feeling like I constantly have to show up, be present, grind, “don’t stop”, on and on. But what ends up happening is the quality of work begins to diminish because you’re not allowing your poor sweet brain to take a break.

So let’s start learning to balance those pauses in the midst of us working hard!

Little friendly reminder, don’t get too down when things get “taken away” from you. Sometimes God is just opening up doors for something better. Allow yourself to be grateful for it all and in the down time dedicate yourself to learning. It will be 100% worth the reward!

When you think the first pic is what running your own company looks like, but it really means you’re back in school everyday!

Whether it’s a dress, lounge clothes, or pjs, I typically have bags on bags, Yeti of water, and glasses on with all my necessities in tow!

My fitness is NOT where I want it...

I have fallen off track with my fitness. BIG TIME. I use to be in such amazing shape growing up playing soccer, lifting everyday, swimming, then college soccer.

For the last couple years I have put my health on the back burner. So I’m this photo you’ll see some rolls on my stomach or my skinny legs. I’ve gained 18 pounds and lost a ton of muscle. I don’t really care much about the number on the scale, as much as I do with BMI and muscle gain.

It’s hard to share the “not perfect” photos of yourself, but this is where I hold myself accountable and sharing that we can all be on a journey to get better, together.

One of my biggest inspirations is

Daniel and I have invested in an athletic club to get ourselves to our goals. We are super excited about it! * Your health is an investment. *

If you want to be on this journey together then share this post and post one of yourself! We can all start an accountability group! 👏🏽

When you ask your husband to take photos of you for the gram.

Anyone else have to coach them through angles and “keep pressing the button! Don’t just take 2 and be done” Anyone!?
They work so hard.

I mean, could they be any cuter? I don’t think so!

It was so nice to get away this weekend with my fam. Memories I’ll cherish forever.

If you could go on any vacation with your fam, where would you go?! 🌴

If ANY girl tries to be mean or rude to my brother, I’ll cut them. Is that too aggressive?
Sorry, it’s just I prayed for 2 years to have a baby brother and I got blessed with the best one possible. 🤍

We have a responsibility...

Take care of others around us. Love others around us. Including those small business owners. Something I’ve noticed through this time is how many are having to close down because of the number of closing days they’ve had to endure. It breaks my heart knowing the family owned businesses, ones that have been open for years and years, closing their doors.
We can help. We can go support them by purchasing products, messaging them to let them know they’re needed and wanted, sharing a product you love.
We are all humans behind these phones and we need to take care of each other. 🤍
