I’m simply grateful that I’ve had the opportunity to visit places like Dubai 🇦🇪 Even two years later, I still reflect on what I saw, what I experienced, and the perspective it gave me on life.
One of the exhibits that I liked the most in the Museum of the Future was The Library, a DNA library containing thousands of preserved species with the purpose of protecting the planet’s biodiversity.
We live in an era obsessed with moving forward, producing more, automating more, and creating more technology.
But we often forget to value life, humanity, and the purpose behind what we build.
Maybe true progress is not about creating more technology… but about learning how to preserve life.
I believe that progress without purpose can also distance us from what truly matters.
I wrote The RETA Framework® 📕 to help people make more conscious decisions, align their goals with their values, and build a life with intention.

Writing a book is not easy… imagine writing two. 📕📕
Celebrating this milestone was essential. It was a way to honor over two years of hard work, discipline, and dedication to what I consider my life’s work.
In my book, I don’t just share my story and some of the most significant challenges I’ve overcome. I also introduce my proprietary method, The RETA Framework® and, most importantly, I encourage the reader to celebrate themselves.
So yes… I practice what I preach.
This event was a reflection of me in every way… intimate and elegant.
The people who showed up are part of my closest circles, from friends I’ve known since elementary and high school to colleagues and individuals I’ve met through my community work in my Atlanta, GA.
