Let me tell you about my bro, Charlon aka MR. Grey! When I say he has HIGH-ENERGY you better believe that it's an understatement! Over our years of friendship we've fed off of each other for motivation through thick and thin. We stretched our visions far & wide with ideas of prosperity & abundance.⁣

Ever get sugar cravings? ⁣

The healthier you eat on a regular basis, the less and less you will crave sugar. But that’s not helpful if you’re in the moment and all you want are donuts and a hot fudge sundae, right?! ⁣

Try filling a bottle with water and add your favorite fruit like lemon, strawberries, or even cantaloupe! It can add a wonderful flavor to your water and make drinking a lot more fun. ⁣

Drink it slightly cool instead of cold and it will go down easier. ⁣
