I know December can be a tricky month for fitness, between the holiday madness and bad weather there are plenty of excuses to skip the gym so I’m extra appreciative of the gals that show up week after week to Flex & Flow ❤️‍🔥

I’m always grateful for my YMCA home and this Christmas season I have even more reason 🥰
