Georgia students will likely take Milestones test despite pandemic 09/03/2020

Parents,

Your children need you. This pandemic is affecting them in ways you may not see. They miss their friends, they miss their schools, they miss being in their learning environment.

Now they will more than likely have to face milestones testing at the end of the year. I have said it before and I will say it again. Hey a tutor for your child. Get them the help they need.

It doesn’t have to be my company but it needs to be someone. They are going to need it.

If you have questions or concerns reach out. Website launches tomorrow. I’m the meantime email me [email protected].

Engage. Enhance. Empower

Georgia students will likely take Milestones test despite pandemic Georgia students will likely have to take the annual standardized state tests known as the Milestones, despite a push by Gov. Brian Kemp and state school Superintendent Richard Woods to get them waived another year during the coronavirus pandemic.

Day 3 of Virtual Learning

Parents give yourself, your students and the teachers grace.

Thank goodness that I have a technology background and that’s my county already had devices last year so we saw some things that work and some that didn’t.

Does it mean that there are any hiccups. NO.

💻 👩🏽‍💻 Please be patient with yourself and your child. Please don’t make them sit at the computer (especially elementary grades) from 7:45-2:15ish even with lunch and specials it’s too long.

*you as an adult don’t like those long zoom calls

🥗 Please allow them to have lunch outside in the yard of you can and the weather permits. Have water next to them and if they need a moment just tell them to ask or let the teacher know they need it.

👩🏽‍🏫 Lastly build a team. Get some help for your child where they can get some one on one instruction. They will need it.

E3 Center for Learning is ready to help you. It’s doesn’t have to be us but it need to be someone.

I will check in with y’all later. Thanks for coming to my TED TALK.
