NEW CHAPTER of MY LIFE..
When I first started this page, I was a Tinkergarten guide.
I led outdoor classes for children — with joy, with inspiration, and with a deep desire to stay close to my daughter. 🌱
It was my way of being a mother and a creator at the same time. I enjoyed it so much. And each child in those classes are in my heart still .
But children grow. My daughter too.
And I grow with them.
At some point, I felt: I would like to come back to what I did before I became Mother.
My body, my energy, my desires — they were calling me deeper.
Inward. Into stillness. Into movement.
So I returned to the practice that reflects my true self.
To embodiment. To energy. To the chakras.
To dance that heals not only the body — but the soul. 🌈
Now, I’m leading a chakra dance classes in New Hampshire.
I hold space where you can breathe, move, release, feel, and come home to yourself.
And I’m happy to share this with you.
