It is an honor to serve. It is a blessing to bless others. It is refreshing to encourage the discouraged. Smiles are contagious and the power of the tongue can speak life into the hopeless. Love is the universal language that is understood by every nationality.

Joining the fight to eradicate poverty was one of the greatest blessings and task God could have given me. I have been blessed to be a part of the Caring For Others family. But more importantly, I have seen the hand of God move across the face of this Earth providing hope, love, peace, and kindness. By the grace of God we will achieve our mission and vision.

1st Impression.... Guidance, affirmation, care, empathy, and encouragement are all essential to the well-being and success of our youth. Love is the universal language that we all understand. Understanding that I have been given a unique gift to reach people young and mature, I continue press toward the mark. I, absolutely, love being the Education Ambassador for Caring For Others, Inc. More importantly, I love the impact "we" have on our community when "we" share our purpose and our passion. .well.joy

Our young men need us more than ever before. Today's incident proves that we have a lot of work to do. Poor decisions lead to horrible consequences. Emotional intelligence has to be explicitly taught; decision-making has to be explicitly taught; situational deescalation has to be explicitly taught! Most importantly, LOVE has to be EXPLICITLY SHOWN.

Encourage a friend, apologize to a love one, let go of disappointment, hug your children, forgive yourself, etc... Make sure you do something positive in 2023. The year is almost over; but, there is still time to have a positive impact in 2023.

It brings great joy to see the smiles on the faces of the youth when they recieve acts of care. But more importantly it brings and overwhelming peace in my soul to serve an entire school. Bus drivers, cafeteria staff, SRO, building engineers, teachers, and administrators were served. We are taking a wholistic approach to spreading our love throughout the community. We want to thank the Humphries Elementary and Long Middle School student body and staff for allowing us to serve you. No Bare Soles is not just a initiative to provide shoes to everyone, we want you to know that you do not have to walk this journey to success alone. has been a pillar in the community for 25 years and we plan on serving locally and abroad for many more years to come.

It's always great to get together with my brothers......We've come a long way and I look forward to a future of prosperity. 💪🏾💪🏾

Today was very special. People always ask me do I miss education. To be honest, I never left. I still work just as hard to build relationships with students; I still mediate dilemmas; I still let students know that I care about their success. More importantly, I advocate for educators and try to position myself to be a helping hand to those that serve the God given gifts (children) of our community. Thanks to the incredible heart of Caring For Others, we were able so bless the entire student body, faculty, and staff with a new pair of shoes through the No Bare Soles initiative. I cannot give a THANK YOU big enough to every educator out there. The struggle is real; but, trust that your blessings are stored in eternal mansions. To the entire Crawford Long Middle School staff and student body, we love you and we stand with you. Carla McCou, I am super proud of all you are doing and family unit you lead at Long Middle School.
