You don’t have to beat yourself up to prove you’re growing. You don’t have to move fast to be moving forward. And you don’t owe anyone an explanation for the season you’re in.

Some days you’re strong.
Some days you’re tired.
Both are allowed.

Give yourself permission to breathe.
To move at your pace.
To heal, grieve, build, and grow without talking down to yourself.

Progress isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like rest.
Sometimes it looks like survival.
Sometimes it looks like showing up again.
