Now that I have a greater following, let me introduce myself. My name is Leshun Boyd-Gordon & I’ve been retired since i was 23 years old. I’ve been in real estate for 3 years and have a Net-Worth of $1.1Milln in Real Estate.

Real Estate 101: This is a very
standard example of house hacking. Many turn key multi- units in Atlanta area range at $225,000+ (considering areas). For those renting and are ok with apartment style renting. Why continue to rent, when you can own RENT FREE at the same costs?

Those in need of more space, this is still a great option, as duplexed units are now a hot commodity in Atlanta & Tennessee, to give the owner an additional level AND space. .

The best method for investing is to choose a strategy for achieving your long-term goals and stick with it through thick and thin.

An all-Black officiating crew will work an NFL game for the first time on Monday night (11/23/2020) in Tampa, allowing the league to make a social statement in addition to serving up a premier matchup when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers face the Los Angeles Rams.

“This historic Week 11 crew is a testament to the countless and immeasurable contributions of Black officials to the game, their exemplary performance, and to the power of inclusion that is the hallmark of this great game,” Troy Vincent, NFL executive vice president of football operations, said in a statement provided to USA TODAY Sports.

The seven-man unit will be headed by referee Jerome Boger, a former Morehouse College quarterback who refereed Super Bowl XLVII and is in his 17th year as a league official.

Other members of the distinctive crew: Umpire Barry Anderson, down judge Julian Mapp, line judge Carl Johnson, field judge Dale Shaw, side judge Anthony Jeffries and back judge Greg Steed.

The makeup of the unit is no coincidence. Members were drawn from various crews and assembled for a specific purpose, weeks after the NFL marked its 100-year anniversary.
