Under the leadership of Dr. Malika Gonzales, Lake City Elementary School (LCES) is pleased to announce that LCES has been awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000 from Project Lead the Way (PLTW). This award will help LCES establish an in-house hydroponic garden and provide students an opportunity to take learning into their own hands! Dr. Gonzales is very proud of Ms. Cassandra Slemp and Mrs. Jennifer Fleming for working collaboratively on this grant opportunity.
