I am a Certified Success and Women's Empowerment Coach. I help mothers make achieving their dreams and goals a priority.

However, as I am also a wife and mother, I know how easy it is to get lost in the busyness of taking care of our families.

What’s one belief about yourself that you’re ready to let go of?

I’ll start:

I used to believe I had to face everything alone.

But sisterhood has taught me I am stronger when I’m surrounded by women who lift me up.

Comment below and let’s encourage each other.

To the woman who finds herself worried and feeling like you’re losing your mind because nothing ever seems to go right.

You can't believe this is your life.

You think to yourself, “Why can't I climb out of this hole?! Other people can get it together. Why can't I?”

You know one thing for sure: You can't go on like this.

You say aloud to yourself, "Something has to change."

I want you to know that there is hope and a path forward. Here are some tips to help you overcome these challenges and step into your true potential:

1. Embrace Your Worth: Remember that your value is not determined by past failures or current circumstances. Take time each day to affirm your worth and celebrate your strengths. You are capable and deserving of success.

2. Rewrite Your Narrative: Let go of limiting beliefs that hold you back. Replace negative self-talk with empowering affirmations. Your story is still being written, and you have the power to shape it.

3. Seek Support and Community: Surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you. Find mentors, join supportive groups, or connect with like-minded women. You are not alone on this journey.

4. Clarify Your Vision: Take time to reflect on your passions and dreams. Write down what you truly want in life. Having a clear vision will guide your steps and reignite your fire.

5. Set Small, Achievable Goals: Break down your big dreams into smaller, manageable steps. Celebrate each milestone, no matter how small. Progress is progress, and each step brings you closer to your goal.

6. Invest in Personal Development: Equip yourself with new skills and knowledge. Take courses, read books, or attend workshops that align with your goals. Empower yourself with the tools you need to succeed.

7. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself on this journey. Understand that setbacks are a natural part of growth. Treat yourself with the same compassion you would offer a close friend.

8. Lean into Faith: Trust in Christ and the knowledge of a higher purpose. Draw strength and guidance from knowing that you are divinely supported.

Remember, transformation takes time, but each step you take is a victory. Believe in yourself and your potential.

You have the power to create a fulfilling and purposeful life.

Your best days are ahead.

Vulnerable Post:

Despite having mentored throughout my career, previously owning my own business, and even completing certifications in Life Coaching and Women’s Empowerment, I know what it’s like to feel less than…

Less than READY…

Less than equipped…

Less than worthy…

Because years ago, that struggle consumed my life. I’m a survivor of molestation, sexual assault, divorce, death of a spouse, miscarriage, depression…

I know what it’s like to wake up and feel defeated before even starting the day. To look at my past mistakes and trauma as my nametag.

And then to lay down at night thinking about if I will ever make anything of my life, will it always be this bad, and what kind of legacy will I leave for my daughters?

It got so bad that I considered taking my life more than once, feeling like everyone would be better off without me.

So, I know how painful it can be.

And I know what it’s like to be on the other side of it.

To finally understand that it’s the struggles in my life that God uses to best prepare me, and to have a life where I wake up to “a peace that transcends all understanding,” as mentioned in The Word. I go to bed at night looking forward to the opportunities the next day will bring.

The best part is that now knowing WHOSE I am, I better understand WHO I AM and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and experienced with others; and therein lies the legacy I’ll be leaving for my daughters.

And I want this kind of life for everyone! That’s why I do the work I do.

Even though there's a part of me that thinks that sharing too much about my life’s work, my deeper truth is that I care way too much about helping women get to their place of peace in business (one that I’ve coined their “Audacious Stance”) to let fear stop me.

Because I know how painful it can be when you feel alone and unworthy, I have dedicated myself to helping thousands of women stop going through their struggles alone, get in community with positive and supportive women to embrace their identity as daughters of the Most High, and therefore, unstoppable in their pursuits of purpose-driven businesses.

If you (or anyone you know) struggle with feeling too afraid to “show up” for your life, are putting things off until you’re “ready”, or you just want to be part of a sisterhood of like-hearted women who follow Christ, I’m offering to 5 people a free “Empowering Beliefs Activation Sessions” to help you start moving forward in your assignment as an expert in your business.

Life is too short to spend it with fear, doubts, and regrets. I’d be honored to support you (or someone you care about).

LMK below if I can be of service to you or someone you care about.

The Truth I’ve Been Wrestling and How It’s Changing My Life

Twenty-eight years ago, I stepped away from Retail Management & Business Administration, and took a leap into a Master’s in Early Childhood Education. Now even though I’ve been teaching 27 years, it’s my interaction with other women that has brought me to my truth.

I admit I’ve been playing small and not yet making the impact I know I’m here to make..

Because I’ve been wrestling with the question “Will others find me credible?” I haven’t been sharing as much about my journey.

…But that changes today!

Behind the scenes, I’ve been participating in some recent workshops and challenges that are supporting me to be more VISIBLE and share more of my story with you…

Because I know there are a lot of women I could help who feel called to have their own business, but lack the self-confidence, or support system, to believe they have the credibility to be seen as an expert in their industry, and I want to help you believe that you have been outfitted for greatness, you have an adopted family of women pre-assigned to support you in your endeavors, and you are predestined for impact and purpose.

I’ll share more of my story later…

But for now, if you would like to see me make a bigger and more positive difference in the lives of a LOT more people…

Will you please drop me a note below?
