I didn’t build SYDIERA from theory. I built it from experience.

I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2009 and entered the medical billing business in 2013. Since 2018, I’ve also helped others learn how to build medical billing businesses of their own.

Over the years, entrepreneurship has given me opportunities I once could only imagine—including the flexibility to live and work internationally in countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Mexico, Turkey, and Spain.

But business ownership taught me something important: starting a company and building a company are two very different things.

A name and a logo can start a business. Systems, strategy, clients, operations, leadership, and consistent ex*****on are what turn it into a company.

That experience is part of what shaped SYDIERA Healthcare Consulting today.
