So many things to be proud of at Taylor Road. The Chess Club is moving on to the State competition, and Saahil Trivedi placed in the top 15 at the regional tournament. Our Special Olympians participated in the Hoops for Heart event at Elkins Pointe MS. Congratulations to our Science Olympiad Team for their 2nd place finish at the regional competition. They have qualified for the state competition in April!

Congratulations to Ms. Purcell, our latest Teacher Champion. Mrs. Purcell is an extraordinary teacher who truly goes the extra mile for her students. She understands that transitioning to middle school can be challenging, so she works tirelessly to help her students feel comfortable and confident. Not only does she support them academically, but she also provides guidance on how to navigate the routines and expectations of middle school life in the U.S.

Her dedication creates a warm, inclusive environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. TRMS PTA

6 Autism Support students participated in Special Olympics at Stars & Strikes on December 10th. A big thank you to Coach Richardson, our adapted PE coach, for getting our students ready to bowl! There were quite a few strikes and spares! A great time was had by all. Go Taylor Road!

Support One Well with Candygrams next week. TRMS has build 2 wells in the past couple of year in Idanre, and our One Well Club is working on funding a 3rd one now.
