This was my 25th National Conference- and one of my favorites. Seeing the personal and professional growth of our team members is what gets me out of bed every morning. Benny- keep breaking records. Amazing 25 hours in Salt Lake City. Sometimes visiting a team reminds me why I love what I do so much. Young, motivated entrepreneurs who just want to learn and grow - ready to take on the world. Seeing these under 30 rock stars pull up to dinner in their dream cars (that they bought cash), giving back to others in the community, taking steps in their personal lives - this is what it’s all about!

Reward trip for some of the team - time to plan, reflect, grow - excited to see this team reach the next level. Had the chance to spend some time with up and coming stars on the team. Lots of talks of what’s next and how to get there plus a little shopping and some great food. Not pictured (since they took our phones) was an impromptu set at Comedy Cellar by Dave Chappell and Shane Gillis and my visit to see our NJ office (since Ginny headed back and wasn’t there to take pictures)!

What a year. In December of 2024, these 3 guys and I committed to each other that by the end of 2025 they’d all be running offices. Thanks to their hard work and the insane commitment from and - along with their amazing teams - we worked together to make this a reality. Thanks to these 3 for being blessings in my life. Can’t wait to see what you accomplish in 2026!
