This morning a group of girls participated in a virtual STEM competition with Atlanta City Council President Felicia Moore: Moore Girls in STEM!! Each participant also received a box from Brown Toy Box to encourage their interest further in STEM! 🧪🔬

Attention Scott family! The Return to Learn survey is open! Please complete as soon as possible to make your decision for next semester. Your options are:
1. Remain virtual with your home school
2. Face-to-face learning
3. Atlanta Virtual Academy

You will need your child's APS username and student number, both of these things can be found in infinite campus.

The survey is due by December 21st, no exceptions! Thank you for your time!😀

APS Intent to Return The next intent to return declaration window opens on December 3rd. Please come back at that time. If you have questions or concerns please contact your child's school.

Title I is the largest federally funded educational program. Title I schools receive supplemental funds to assist student's educational goals. Join us as we share with
you how title one is allocated and what it all means.

APS is preparing for a return to in-person learning if the community spread of COVID-19 continues to decrease. As part of a phased approach, families of eligible students will have a choice of face-to-face or virtual instruction beginning October 26. All families are asked to complete the Intent to Return Declaration Form by October 10 at the link below using their child’s student number and APS username. Please help us reach all of our APS families! If you have any questions please reach out to your school or your student's teacher.

Scott Families: currently zoom is experiencing a east coast wide outage. Please be patient with us on this first day of school as we trouble-shoot technology issues. For now, please refer to your child's google classroom for further announcements! Day 1... we're all learning this new virtual world together!

The first day of school is tomorrow! Our teachers are excited. Our teachers are technology trained. Our teachers are READY.

Students should be logged in and ready by 8:30am to get this school year off to a virtually awesome start!
