What a sweet day celebrating our Ashlyn Grace. 🤍

Olive + Graze had the honor of planning and decorating such a special baby shower, and while turn-key events are a little out of the usual for us, this one came together so beautifully.

From the soft pink welcome details and fresh florals, to the flower bar, dessert display, and our signature Olive + Graze sandwiches — every corner felt thoughtful and full of love.

Guests were welcomed with a delicious strawberry spritzer mocktail as they arrived, followed by a spread of sandwiches, fruit, croissants, dips, sweets, and the prettiest baby shower touches throughout Social 1832.

And we can’t forget the beautiful floral highchair, created by Remi McRae’s Floral Design — such a special detail for the day. 🌸

It was such a joy to help create this celebration for Ashlyn and baby Felicity. We are so thankful to have been a part of something so special. 🍓🌸✨

Soft ivory tones, delicate pearl details, and the prettiest pops of sparkle set the tone for this elegant afternoon. From layered linens to subtle shimmer accents, every detail was curated to feel classic, feminine, and effortlessly chic.

Guests sipped chilled prosecco, mingled around a beautifully styled spread, and showered the bride-to-be with so much love. It was light, airy, and full of that sweet pre-wedding excitement that makes these moments so special.

A cocktail hour done right 🤍

We loved creating this grazing table at in Madison — a beautiful spread designed for guests to gather around, snack, and savor the start of the celebration.

One of our favorite details was the Italian bread centerpiece, which added the perfect warm, old-world touch and made this table feel both elegant and inviting.

From artisan cheeses and charcuterie to fresh fruit, dips, and plenty of texture throughout, this setup was made to be just as stunning as it was delicious.

Choo Choo… Baby Boy is Almost Due 🩵🤍

We loved bringing this sweet train-themed baby shower to life with the softest blend of neutrals and blues. The theme was playful, but the design stayed elevated and timeless — layered textures, subtle pops of baby blue, and the cutest “Choo Choo” details woven throughout.

Our appetizer grazing table was the centerpiece of the celebration — beautifully styled with artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, savory bites, and all the little details that make guests gather and linger. It was the perfect mix of charming and sophisticated for welcoming a baby boy.

From décor to grazing, every element was designed to feel warm, intentional, and celebration-ready.

Baby boy will be pulling into the station soon, and we couldn’t be more excited for this growing family. 💙

Kim is such a valued part of Olive + Graze and means so much to our team. She is gracious, dependable, hardworking, and brings such care and thoughtfulness to all she does. Her presence behind the scenes helps everything come together beautifully, and we are truly so grateful for the heart she pours into our business.

There is something so timeless about black and white — especially on the morning of your wedding day. ✨

We had the honor of styling the sweetest bridesmaid brunch at The Sixty-Two in Madison, creating a chic, elevated space for the bride and her girls to slow down, sip, and soak in every moment before “I do.”

Crisp black accents paired with soft whites, layered textures, and elegant details made the perfect backdrop for mimosas, bites, and all the pre-ceremony excitement. It was sophisticated yet warm — the perfect balance for such a meaningful morning.

From the beautifully styled brunch spread to the intentional décor touches, every detail was designed to feel special and celebratory. Because the morning of your wedding should feel just as magical as the walk down the aisle. 🥂

Effective immediately, Olive + Graze will be adding a $25 cleaning fee to invoices for events that include setups using our display pieces.

✨ This fee is fully refundable when all display items are returned clean ✨

We hate to add an extra charge, but unfortunately we’ve had multiple returns where items come back with food or food residue still on them and not cleaned. That creates additional cleaning time on our end, and to keep our pieces in great condition for every client, this fee has become necessary.
