The 5 tools of baseball. Speed/quickness, Power, Average, Fielding, Arm Strength. Does your player have all those? Does he or she work on their weaknesses or accept them for what they are? I see a lot of players that have a great bat, but their average suffers because they lack speed as well as fast kids that can’t hit it out of the infield. Do you work on your weaknesses or just accept that you are slower or not as strong? The slowest kid can be faster and quicker. The weakest kid can get stronger. Work on your weaknesses the next few weeks so you can be more of a 5 tool player and help your team win more games. Do some pushups and crunches. Do some shuttle runs. Wear out those bands. What are you doing to better your game at home during the outbreak?
