Celebrate your victories and progress along the way on the journey. If you accomplish something along the way, CELEBRATE. If you noticed growth in yourself, CELEBRATE. If you're getting close, but not there yet, CELEBRATE. We do not celebrate enough of the small changes that we make. The focus seems to be on the completion of the goal, rather than the progress along the way. Celebrate how far you came. You're not the same person when you got started. You came a long way.
